We want every delivery to feel simple and reassuring. Below is how we prepare, ship and support your order.
Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to prepare your order.
All parcels include Track & Trace.
During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Transit Times (Australia)
All orders are prepared and dispatched from our Asia-based warehouse.

Delivery estimates begin after processing time.

We partner with trusted couriers including Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS and similar providers, depending on route availability.

Tracking may take 1–3 days to display movement after dispatch.

Lost or Missing Packages
A parcel is considered lost only after 60 days from dispatch (courier standard).
Once confirmed, we will:

Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

Arrange a refund, depending on the situation
We may request address confirmation or a missing-parcel claim before action is taken.
Important Notes

Parcels marked delivered by the courier but not received are not eligible for refunds

Uncollected or refused parcels are not eligible for refunds
